Forklift Driver – Temp to Perm
Location: Earls Colne
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06.00-15.00
Prime Appointments are currently looking for a Forklift Driver in the Earls Colne area, to join our well established Client.
This role is Temp to Perm, Starting at £14.50 PH
Forklift Driver duties:
- Operating a FLT safely and efficiently around the yard and manufacturing site
- Loading and unloading heavy materials and products
- Moving stock and materials between the yard, storage areas and production
- Safely positioning and stacking materials
- Carrying out daily checks on the Side Loader and reporting any faults
- General yard duties including keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
- Loading and preparing materials for production and dispatch
- Assisting with the movement and handling of heavy materials
- Manual handling and heavy lifting as required
- Supporting the wider manufacturing team when required
- Following all site health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
The ideal Forklift Driver
- Must have an in date Counterbalance licence
- Previous yard work preferred
- must be able to lift 25kg bags
- Be willing to train on a side loader
Hours and Pay:
- 06.00-15.00
- £15.50ph
- Weekly Pay whilst temp
