Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for your next move?
I\’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing automotive component manufacturer based in Witham. They\’re looking to bring a skilled CNC Turner into their team – someone confident working with Haas lathes and producing high-precision components.
The Opportunity:
This is a permanent, full-time position with a long-term pipeline of work in a clean and modern facility. You\’ll be setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes (Haas) using G-code controls. It\’s a straightforward day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
What We\’re Looking For:
Proven experience operating and programming CNC lathes – ideally Haas
Confident programming using G-code at the machine
Ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings
High attention to detail and strong quality standards
Background in automotive or precision engineering is a bonus
What\’s on Offer:
Hourly rate up to £18ph (depending on experience)
Day shifts only – Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
