We are recruiting for a Guest Service Assistant to join the team at this luxury residential apartment complex in Central London. This is a long-term temporary position, working through our agency. An immediate start is available.
As a Night Guest Service Assistant, you will be working in a team based at the front desk, providing a 5* hotel style service to all residents and visitors. Working 5 nights out of 7, on a rota basis, shift times are 11pm to 7am. 40 hours per week and weekly paid.
Main responsibilities are:
- Based at the front desk, assisting residents and visitors with all enquiries
- Offering luggage assistance for all residents and escorting them to the apartments ensuring they are aware of all services offered
- Making bookings for taxis, restaurants, theatre, sightseeing attractions and other requests
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and parcels
- Maintain an excellent level of communication with all departments
- Ensure a full working knowledge of the apartments and services available at all times
- Update stock levels for all items
- Ensure a personalised service is provided at arrival, during stay and departure
- Complete any shopping requests for residents
- Ensure floor and garage checks are completed during the shift
- Keeping lobby areas clean and tidy at all times
- Ordering daily newspapers and magazines
- Any other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good level of English
- Well presented and smart appearance
- Computer skills - full training given on IT systems
- Committed to providing high level of customer service
- Happy to work nights
