Our client is a premium serviced apartments operator, with a portfolio of properties in multiple locations across Central London. They are hiring for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join the friendly and professional team.
Working 5 days per week over Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week on a rota basis. Hours of work are 10am to 6pm.
Your responsibilities:
- General daily maintenance tasks
- Plumbing
- Painting and Decorating
- Basic electrical work
- Carpentry and assembly
- Kitchen and appliance fitting
- Lock repairs
Your skills and experience:
- A valid and clean UK driving licence is required
- At least 2 years’ experience in a general maintenance or multi-trade role
- An ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) card is desirable
- Experience within hospitality, property, or residential maintenance sectors
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
