Pay: £14.50 per hour
Schedule: 5 days out of 7 (on a rota basis) | Shifts: 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm

Are you passionate about delivering 5-star service? Do you enjoy working in a prestigious, front-of-house setting where no two days are the same? We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Day Concierge to join the front office team at exclusive apartments in the heart of Mayfair.
You’ll be the first point of contact, offering a warm welcome and impeccable service with every interaction. An excellent long-term opportunity for a polished and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering luxury service to clients.
Your daily tasks:
- Providing a professional and personalised front desk service for residents and guests
- Assisting with luggage and escorting residents to their apartments
- Making bookings for taxis, restaurants, theatre, and local attractions
- Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain knowledge of all apartment features and resident services
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail and parcels and shopping requests
- Conducting floor and garage checks, and ensuring the lobby remains pristine
- Supporting with occasional night cover (e.g. for holiday relief)
About you:
- Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer-facing hospitality role
- A high level of spoken and written English
- Impeccable personal presentation and excellent communication skills
- A strong desire to provide exceptional, 5-star customer service
- Reliable, proactive, and looking for a long-term role
