In this role you’ll strategise and advocate for clients in a way that supports our team to deliver exceptional digital solutions. You might be moving up from an Account Management role, returning to work after a break, or moving sideways into Client Services. As long as you bring a people-first mindset, positive attitude and passion for technology we’d love to hear from you.

Typical Day

A typical day might look like working from home, from our shared office space in central Edinburgh, or in the offices of our clients. You’ll report into and work directly alongside our Managing Director, whilst also interacting with and supporting our Account Management and Production teams.

This role in the agency is fast paced and varied, working across client accounts in various industry sectors and two core tech stacks (PHP and Rails). You’ll leverage our team to deliver strategy and annual reviews, take briefs, write proposals and quick quotes, chase decisions, brief the team on new work, review billing & timesheets on your accounts, and attend networking events.

For anyone returning to work or with the right experience, we’re happy to consider part time working options down to 4 days a week. We do not enforce specific office days but we do have one team day a month and core working hours of 10am – 3pm.

  • Manage client budgets and ensure profitability of accounts
  • Contribute to and manage your leads in our pipeline
  • Pull and monitor timesheet reports and manage billing for your key accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, completing Statements of Work
