You'll provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a well-supported clinical environment, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent General Practice.
We offer
- Routine sessions capped at 15 patient contacts
- GP home visits by clinical exception only.
Our dedicated Visiting ANP team undertakes the majority of home visits, with any GP visits scheduled within protected visiting appointment slots during the working day.
