Primary Workshops for Schools is looking for a highly organised Senior Team Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role focuses on coordinating the internal team, managing workflow, and ensuring bookings and communications are handled efficiently. You will help keep everything organised, on schedule and running consistently across the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Coordination
- Coordinating daily workflow within the office team
- Ensuring bookings are processed accurately and on time
- Keeping team members updated on priorities and schedules
- Monitoring progress of bookings from enquiry to delivery
- Ensuring information is complete and up to date
- Scheduling facilitators to workshops
- Ensuring facilitators have correct booking details
- Managing changes to schedules when required
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting general office organisation
