At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Club Manager to lead one of our thriving Breakfast & After School Clubs. This is an exciting opportunity to take your first step into management or build on your existing leadership experience while making a genuine difference in children's lives every day.

You'll be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can play, learn, and grow through a variety of activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play.

Monday to Friday

  • Breakfast Club: 07:15– 8.45
  • After School Club: 15.00– 18:00

Total contracted hours: 22.5 per week

This role operates on a split-shift basis, giving you flexibility during the middle of the day for study, family commitments, hobbies, or personal time. There may also be opportunities to increase your hours through Holiday Clubs.

About the Role

As a Club Manager, you'll be the heart of your setting, leading a small team to deliver exceptional childcare experiences for children aged 4–11 years. You’ll build strong relationships with families, school staff, and colleagues while ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and activity delivery. This could be an excellent first step into management for someone looking to develop their leadership skills within a rewarding childcare environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create a fun, safe, and inspiring environment for children every day
  • Lead exciting activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, team challenges, and structured play
  • Plan engaging sessions that are inclusive, age‑appropriate, and child‑led
  • Manage, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, school staff, and colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are always followed
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee the day‑to‑day running of the club
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to develop confidence, independence, and friendships
