Overview
This is a temporary on-site role located near Hinckley, West Midlands for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. The primary responsibilities include undertaking patient consultations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Additional duties may involve triaging patients, conducting routine health checks, providing preventive care, and supporting the practice with clinical decision-making and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Undertake patient consultations

Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic conditions
- Proficiency in prescribing medications and knowledge of current guidelines and protocols
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience working within primary care or GP settings, including coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Commitment to patient-centered care, preventative healthcare, and promoting positive health outcomes
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and a recognized Nurse Practitioner qualification
- Experience with relevant clinical systems and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and make evidence-based decisions
