The role focuses on medicines optimisation, long-term condition management and clinical medication reviews within primary care settings, including homes and care homes.
You will collaborate with GPs, Pharmacy Technicians and nurses, with mentorship from Senior Pharmacists, and have opportunities to progress towards Independent Prescribing.
