We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our AI Microsoft Corporate programme. The successful applicant will support staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation and optimising their use of AI and Microsoft application licences within their workplaces. As we continue to grow, we are keen to appoint an experienced team member who is looking for a progressive company and to bring fresh ideas to our team. Essential knowledge & skills:

  • Experience of training staff in MS Office, Co-pilot, and Power Apps teaching, coaching, or training experience.
  • A passion for digital transformation and using AI tools.
  • Experience of using technologies to improve workload efficiencies and performance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in businesses.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
  • Experience in offering information, advice, and guidance.
  • A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues.

Desirable knowledge & skills:

  • Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
  • Good understanding and experience of using automation technologies.
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer.
  • Any relevant IT Certifications.
  • An understanding of apprenticeship standards.
  • Experience of working within digital apprenticeships, bootcamps, or funded training programmes.
