Do you have experience of working within the education sector as someone who has supported teachers, leaders or Ops staff to learn digital skills and AI as part of their digital transformation? Primary Goal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our Digital Champions Apprenticeship programme. The successful applicant will be supporting school and business staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation within their workplaces. As we continue to grow, we are keen to appoint an experienced team member who is looking for a progressive company and to bring fresh ideas to our team. Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Experience of teaching, Coaching and Mentoring learners in digital skills
- Experience of teaching AI foundations to leaders in education
- Experience of supporting staff with M365 skills including Power Bi and Power automate
- Experience of using technologies to improve workload efficiencies and performance
- Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation
- Strong underpinnings in AI adoption, investment, Legal and regulatory governance
- Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
- Experience in leadership roles/training including strategic decision making and risk management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.
Desirable knowledge & skills
- Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Power Bi and Power Automate
- BCS Foundation Certificate in AI, ISO/IEC 42001, Prince 2, Leadership L5
- Excellent knowledge of AI tools used in education
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Loop, Teams, Co-pilot, Stream, OneNote, Bookings, Outlook, Whiteboard, Excel, OneDrive, Planner/To Do
- Understands quality assurance, EIF and what good looks like
- Knowledge of using and creating Canva presentations
- Good knowledge of Secure use of Data

Salary band Full Time £38-42k
