Primary Care Sheffield is seeking a newly qualified nurse to join our friendly practice team for 18 hours a week, with the opportunity to complete VTS training. The initial training period will be based at Darnall Primary Care Centre before moving into post at Buchanan Surgery once training is completed.
You will work with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop your skills across the full range of general practice nursing services, including health checks and vaccinations.
