The surgery provides a comprehensive range of primary healthcare services aimed at promoting patient health, preventing illness, and managing long‑term conditions. The practice is supported by a multidisciplinary team including GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Exmoor Surgery is part of a larger federation of over 40 GP practices in West London and belongs to the North Primary Care Network (PCN), which supports collaboration and resource sharing across local practices.
