Primary Care Dietitians is seeking an experienced dietitian to provide maternity cover within a PCN in South Haverings, delivering specialist dietetic services directly within GP practices.
You will manage your own clinical caseload, work autonomously, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with diabetes, frailty, weight management and other conditions, using person-centered care and behaviour change approaches. This is a temporary contract until 31st December 2026.
