Vida Healthcare is currently looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking person to join our busy document management team, working within the workflow coding function. There may also be occasions when supporting the wider document management team is required. This position is offered on a part-time basis for 25 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing letter content for any clinical items/details and coded appropriately
  • Linking documents
  • Reading and analysing electronic clinical correspondence received and determining the necessary actions
  • Identifying to each the expected outcome
  • Identify potential system and process improvements within the practice and the wider healthcare system that support patients getting the best outcomes in terms of their care
  • Identify complex or high-risk areas that require input or further knowledge from the clinical team
