The Humbleyard Practice is looking to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner on a full-time basis for up to 37.5 hours per week. We are a flexible employer and can work with you to agree a working pattern that is mutually acceptable. This role is offered on a fixed term maternity contract from December 2026 to January 2028.

We are seeking an advanced nurse practitioner to join our capable multi-disciplinary team, to support the provision of high-quality healthcare to our growing and diverse patient list. The post is a temporary appointment although the increasing size of the Practice may allow contract extension.

Motivated to provide the highest standards of care, you will be keen to support new ways of delivering healthcare, and committed to undertaking the professional development required to meet the needs of the practice and our patient population. You will possess excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with the practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required. The Humbleyard Practice is a large, semi-rural practice, delivering primary care services to over 22,000 patients, south-west of the beautiful and historic city of Norwich. We work as one caring and supportive team, over three sites (Cringleford, Hethersett and Mulbarton) and pride ourselves on providing holistic, patient-centred care to our local population.
