At Humbleyard Practice, the patient care team is made up of 16 friendly and dedicated patient care advisors working across Cringleford, Hethersett, and Mulbarton Surgeries. As a patient care advisor, you'll be at the heart of the practice, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and ease. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, whether in person or over the phone, offering support, booking appointments, and signposting them to the right clinician or service at the right time.

No two days are the same - you’ll be handling enquiries, updating records, and working closely with both clinical and administrative teams to keep everything running smoothly. We are currently looking for either full-time or part-time applicants.

  • For a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), you must be able to work between 08:00 and 18:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • For part-time roles, availability is required for shifts between 08:00 and 18:00 on either Monday and Friday, or Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and compassionate person to join our patient care team! If you love helping people, can stay calm under pressure, and have a knack for juggling multiple tasks at once, this could be the perfect role for you. You will need great communication skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to make patients feel welcome and supported. Confidence with IT systems (like Microsoft Office 365 and SystmOne) is a plus, but don’t worry - we’ll provide full training to get you up to speed!

Whether you have worked in customer service, healthcare, reception, or just have a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you. If you are ready to be part of a fun, supportive, and dedicated team that makes a real difference every day, apply now!
