Chet Valley Medical Practice are keen on recruiting an Administrator to their busy practice, working 3-4 days per week. Working with a friendly and supportive team of administrators, this role is responsible for clinical coding, supporting the reception team, booking appointments and providing adhoc administrative support.
Duties will include:
- Accurately clinically code data into the patient record on the clinical system
- Identify relevant clinical information documented in patient correspondence, coding appropriately and completing any detailed action
- Input and extract data as required to support practice reports, audits and to capitalise upon both patient safety and QOF income
- Scan patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients’ healthcare records
- Highlight all timely actions, changes to patient care and management to the relevant clinician
- File and store records as required
- Photocopy documentation as required
- Action all incoming correspondence, emails and mail in a timely manner
