The Holbrook & Shotley Practice is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Dispenser to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis for 18 hours per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some dispensing, pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service experience who is keen to develop a career in dispensing within a busy GP practice. Full training and support towards a recognised dispensing qualification will be provided.
Main duties will include:
- Dispensing medication accurately under supervision.
- Assisting with prescription processing and stock management.
- Providing excellent customer service to patients.
- Ordering, receiving and checking pharmaceutical stock.
- Maintaining accurate records and complying with dispensing regulations.
- Supporting the wider dispensary and clinical teams as required.
