Needham Market Country Practice are a busy, friendly GP surgery dedicated to providing high-quality care to our local community. We are proud of our supportive and approachable team culture, working collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our patients and are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated practice nurse to join our clinical team. This position is offered on a part-time basis for 3 days/27 hours per week, working the following hours: Monday: 08:30‑18:30, Tuesday: 08:30‑18:30, Wednesday: 08:30‑18:30, plus one Saturday per month: 09:00‑12:00.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine injections
- Managing and treating long-term conditions
- Chronic disease management
- Supporting and managing the health needs, cervical cytology consultations
- Implementing and participating in travel risk assessments and immunisation programmes/advice
- Removal of sutures
