Salaried GP - Fixed Term Contract in Hemel Hempstead

Lincoln House Surgery is looking to welcome a Salaried GP to our established and supportive team on a fixed term contract until 31/03/2027. There is flexibility of 2, 4 or 6 sessions. We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment. Key information:

• In surgery sessions at either of our 2 branches located in Hemel Hempstead, supported by an efficient triage system
• No on-call sessions
• Realistic and sustainable workload expectations
• Strong day-to-day support from experienced GP colleagues and the wider team
• Opportunities to shape how we deliver care as the practice continues to evolve

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
• On the NHSE Medical Performers List
• Committed to delivering high standards of patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
