The predicted salary is between 9.9 - 12.1 Β£ per hour.

Haverhill Family Practice is looking for two Administrators to join their team on a part-time basis for 20 hours per week. See below for days/hours:

  • Role 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
  • Role 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 1:00pm-6:00pm

This is a busy role that will provide administrative support to the QOF Lead, including sending patient recalls, managing Eclipse, contacting patients, booking appointments and managing Learning Disability (LD) and Severe Mental Illness (SMI) recalls.

Other duties will include:

  • Computer data entry/data allocation and collation; processing and recording information in accordance with practice procedures.
  • Providing clerical assistance to practice staff as required, including word/data processing, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Booking and managing patient appointments as required.
  • Working alongside our Clinical Team providing administrative support for Total Triage.
  • Completing reception tasks and providing support to the reception team as required.
  • Managing the administration associated with the Minor Op Clinic, including booking appointments and supporting the smooth running of the clinic.
  • Completing new patient registrations and working collaboratively with Healthtech-1 (our patient registrations provider) ensuring patient information is accurately recorded and resolving any registration issues.
  • Assigning pathology results to the appropriate clinician in accordance with Practice procedures.
  • Scanning and processing clinical documentation and results, including Breast Screening results, Diabetic Eye Screening results and ECGs.
  • Contacting patients on behalf of the clinical and administrative teams as required.
  • Covering sickness/annual leave and working reasonable overtime when required, including some weekends.
  • Performing any other relevant and reasonable duties that may be requested by any staff members.

To be considered for this position you will require the following skills:

  • Good IT skills.
  • GCSE A-C grade or equivalent.
  • Training in administration/clerical duties desirable.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Highly organised.
