Great Bentley Surgery are looking to recruit a clinical coder to join our friendly team. This part‑time position is for approximately 15 hours per week, working all day on a Monday and Wednesday. The successful candidate will also be required to assist with cover for annual leave and sickness. This post would be ideal for a person with healthcare experience who wishes to develop their coding skills. - Coding and scanning all incoming patient correspondence as part of the documents management process.
- Updating the EMIS web system.

Experience:
- Excellent IT, time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, as well as independently.
- Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
- All applicants should ensure that they live within reasonable commuting distance.
- Primary care experience is desirable but not essential.
