Tiptree Medical Centre is seeking an exceptional Business & Operations Manager. We are a friendly, busy, and innovative GMS practice caring for approximately 12,000 patients in north-east Essex, where work-life balance is more than just a buzzword. Our team includes two supportive GP partners, 7 salaried GPs, an excellent nursing team with specialist skills in diabetes, asthma and COPD, 4 advanced nurse practitioners (ANPs), practice nurses, HCAs, clinical pharmacists, and a dedicated administrative and reception team working together to provide high-quality patient care. We pride ourselves on being relaxed, family-friendly, and supportive, with flexible working patterns and a strong team ethos. As a training practice for medical and nursing students, we are committed to learning, development, and continuous improvement. We use ANIMA total triage and embrace new ways of working while maintaining the traditional values of family medicine and patient-centred care.
