We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist who will report to the Nurse Manager to deliver an efficient service to the clinic’s patients and contribute to high‑quality patient care. This part‑time position calls for 20–25 hours per week and may require travel between the practice’s three sites – Hethersett, Cringleford and Mulbarton Surgeries – so flexibility is essential.
Post holders must hold the appropriate qualifications for phlebotomy and will provide high‑quality services to patients registered with the practice, working as part of the integrated primary/community health care team and liaising with general practitioners and other professionals.
Responsibilities- Taking blood daily
- Ensuring the highest standards of infection prevention control are maintained
- Maintaining practice policies and procedures

- High level of English and numeracy skills

- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent team player
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work later hours on occasion according to the needs of the patient
