North Colchester PCN is a group of 5 practices, based in and around Colchester, in north east Essex. We are looking for a newly qualified GP to join our PCN under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS). We are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to our practice population and hope to find a like-minded individual to offer a supportive start to their general practice career.
This position is part-time, for four sessions a week, and offered on a fixed-term contract, ending 31st March 2027, with a view to extend. The successful candidate will be working alongside our GPs, paramedics, nurse practitioners and other ancillary roles across all five sites on a rota basis created to be supportive to the candidate.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Face-to-face, telephone and video appointments with patients
- Participating in home visits
- Joining clinical meetings and learning events
- Actioning tasks and results
- Maintaining and broadening your clinical knowledge base

All applicants must be fully qualified GP with GMC registration within 2 years of completion of your registrar training.
