  • Taking payments for private services and issuing receipts where required.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe reception and waiting area.
  • Completing administrative tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Supporting colleagues and assisting with other reasonable duties as required by the Practice Management Team and GP Partners.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive and may be amended to meet the needs of the practice. If you are looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference to patients and support a hardworking team, we would love to hear from you.

  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Is flexible and willing to work across both practice sites.
  • Is able to provide regular availability and assist with covering annual leave, sickness absence and other staffing shortages.
