Beauchamp House Surgery are seeking two dynamic salaried GPs to work on behalf of our Chelmsford City Health PCN. The role will form part of our multi-disciplinary team delivering proactive, holistic care for patients with complex needs and long-term conditions across our four GP practices. The first position is for 6 sessions each week looking after patients from our Beauchamp House and Whitley House Surgeries and the second role is for 4 sessions per week caring for patients based at Baddow Village and Stock Surgeries.
You will be a key player in our growing team, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary colleagues including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, paramedics, a digital and transformation manager, social prescribers, general practice assistants and care coordinators.

About the Candidate
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
- Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
- Be on the NHSE medical performers list
- Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services;
- Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date;
- Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety;
- Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner.
