- Greeting and directing all patients.
- Making appointments.
- Answering queries and complaints from patients and outside agencies, signposting to the appropriate staff member as appropriate.
- Assisting patients with submitting triage requests.
- Advising patients of practice procedures.
- Registering new patients.
- Accurately maintaining patient database and records, photocopying, filing and scanning.
About the Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills that has the ability to work under pressure whilst still providing exceptional care and empathy for our patients.
Experience with SystmOne or general practice would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be given.
