We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Paramedic Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive practice that embraces new ways of working and actively supports professional development, portfolio careers and leadership opportunities.

Key Information:

  • 4–8 sessions per week (flexible and negotiable)
  • Competitive salary (dependent on qualifications, experience and prescribing status)

  • Optional Extended Access Sessions: Monday and Wednesday: 5.00pm – 8.00pm Enhanced hourly rate available

About the Candidate

To be considered for this position, you will have the following:

  • Essential qualifications:
  • BSc (Hons) in Paramedic Science or completion of a recognised Paramedic Degree Apprenticeship
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Paramedic
  • Legal entitlement to practise under the protected title of Paramedic
  • Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Up-to-date appraisal and revalidation requirements
  • Independent Prescriber qualification (desirable) or willingness to undertake prescribing training
  • Advanced Clinical Practice qualification or postgraduate study (desirable) or willingness to undertake further development
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance
  • Occupational health clearance and required immunisations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Evidence of fitness to practise
  • Experience working in a similar role within primary care, Urgent Care, Community Services or Emergency Care settings
