Primary Care 24 (PC24) is seeking a Deputy Shift Manager to support the Shift Manager in leading Integrated Urgent Care services. You will help deliver the highest standards of patient care, ensure KPI targets are met, and optimise resource use at the Wavertree base within a 24/7 operating pattern.
The role requires supervising a team, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to motivate staff.
