Primary Care 24 (PC24) is recruiting Advanced Clinical Practitioners, ANPs and APNPs to join our flexible Out of Hours and primary care team across Merseyside. You will assess, diagnose, plan and manage complex patient needs with autonomy and multidisciplinary support.
