Are you a GP? Primary Care 24 (PC24) are seeking highly skilled and motivated GPs to join our bank workforce with opportunities within our GP practices within Primary Care.
- Carry out medical services with due care and attention, using skills and experience in accordance with good medical practice.
- Focus on the needs of the patient, investigating and diagnosing with a care plan/management to follow.
- Medicine management and occasional urgent test management.
- Integration of social prescribing into the care of our patients.
- Work with and support all clinical colleagues & operational teams.
- Work with clinical leads and medical director to challenge and improve the service.
- Ensure all clinical reports are kept to the highest standard.
- Consider the needs of the community and the wider determinants of health.
- Keep great clinical records.
- Collaborative working with other health care professionals and providers to bring optimal expertise around the individual patient.
This includes secondary care and community NHS professionals and the use of all communication pathways available e. g. advice and guidance.
