Job summary Are you a GP? Primary Care 24 (PC24) are seeking highly skilled and motivated GPs to join our bank workforce with opportunities within our GP practices within Primary Care. Main duties of the job Carry out medical services with due care and attention, using skills and experience in accordance with good medical practice. Focus on the needs of the patient, investigating and diagnosing with a care plan/management to follow. Medicine management and occasional urgent test management. Integration of social prescribing into the care of our patients Work with and support all clinical colleagues
