Are you a GP with intermediate care beds experience? We are looking for a GP who will join our bank team and care for our patients. You will be the patients' GP for the duration of their stay with the aim of maximising their wellbeing and supporting their rehab and discharge. You will form part of the multidisciplinary team caring for patients, working closely with the local Trust and community teams to support the safe set-up and step down of patients to the bed base.
