Main Duties of the Job
- Assess, diagnose and provide advice, care and management to patients presenting with undiagnosed or undifferentiated illness via telephone consultations or face‑to‑face assessments for patients requiring home visits.
- Undertake face‑to‑face and telephone triage consultations.
- Interpret pathology and radiology results and reports.
- Prescribe and review medication.
- Plan, implement and evaluate an effective management plan for the patient.
Requirements
- Experienced ANP capable of delivering quality individualized care within a high level of autonomy.
- Full NMC Registration with no restrictions.
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice is desirable; candidates working towards this qualification or with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Non‑Medical Prescriber V300.
- Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 7.
- Experience working in the acute sector, urgent/emergency services environment, or out of hours services at a senior level.
