The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will undertake comprehensive health assessments both face to face and over the telephone, including adults and paediatrics; practicing autonomously whilst demonstrating a person‑centred approach to care delivery. Within your professional boundaries you will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions. Provide care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions and complex needs. Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly. You will practice autonomously and prioritise, organise and manage your own workload to maintain and promote quality. Take responsibility for your learning and performance, acting as a positive role model.

What do you need?
- Full NMC Registration with no restrictions.
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice is desirable; candidates working towards this qualification or who have relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Non‑Medical Prescriber V300 qualification.
- Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 7.
- 2+ years of experience working within a GP Practice.
