Primary Care 24 is seeking a Deputy Shift Manager to support the Shift Manager in leading a 24/7 contact centre at our Wavertree head office. You will ensure patient care excellence, manage staff across shifts, and coordinate with NHS111 to meet KPIs and service targets.
The role requires leadership experience in a challenging environment, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team. Flexible to 24/7 shifts and pro rata salary of £32,908.75 per annum.
