What You’ll Do as an Ethical Trade Executive
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Support Social Audit Governance: Collaborate across Central Support, regional teams, and legal/PC departments to implement company policies and standards on social auditing and reporting.
- Programme Oversight & Development: Help define governance structures and accountability for the global social audit programme, ensuring alignment with regulatory and best practice standards.
- Training & Awareness: Identify training needs and coordinate regional audit and monitoring initiatives in partnership with regional leads and the Head of GAA.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and maintain up-to-date operational procedures to support the effective implementation of the social audit programme.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage a network of regional audit assurance champions and lead quarterly reviews to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Risk & Compliance: Assist in due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of social compliance, escalating issues as needed in collaboration with the Head of GAA.

- Minimum 5 years in an ESG (Social) analytics role
- Ability to work with different stakeholders at peer and mid-senior level
- Good understanding of social audit protocols and benchmarks
- Proficiency in social compliance and the management of processes
- Ability to use MS Office suite and the ability to design and develop reports
- Ability to identify and develop process flows, procedures and KPI’s
