What You’ll Do as a Web Content Designer
- Design and deliver editorial layouts that bring campaigns to life, combining imagery and copy to showcase Primark’s latest launches across all regions.
- Create visually compelling weekly content for category landing pages, ensuring new collections are highlighted across web and app platforms.
- Manage and maintain a seamless customer journey across 17 regions by handling pre-planned content and ad-hoc updates within the CMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Editorial, SEO, Brand, Marketing) to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned content and support 360° campaigns across digital and in-store touchpoints.
- Apply UX best practices and optimise content for performance while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and technical CMS capabilities.
- Proactively propose innovative ideas and design solutions to evolve the brand’s digital look, feel, and functionality, meeting deadlines with agility and high standards.

What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Art & Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline, with strong foundational design skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms and solid understanding of digital design principles, including typography, layout, and composition.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset with an eye for impactful imagery and layout, complemented by experience in digital or retail environments (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of building effective relationships and presenting complex information clearly to stakeholders.
