Retail TA Advisor / Recruiter (6 month FTC)
Location: Reading
Salary: Competitive with 27 days annual leave and employer matched pension.
Contract: Full time; Monday-Friday. 6 months fixed-term.
The role involves travel across your assigned geography, with the expectation of working in a store/office 3 days per week.
What youâll do:
- Accountable for the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of Retail Management positions within your region
- Implement creative attraction strategies to generate top talent for the vacancies
- Ensure the Primark employer branding is reflected throughout the whole recruitment process
- Ensure the selection process is fair and consistent, in line with Primark policies
- Source talent and build and maintain effective talent banks for key roles and key locations using the CRM
- Effectively manage and monitor key metrics relating to all aspects of recruitment
- Update reports and provide communications to key business stakeholders.
What Youâll Bring:
- A proven recruiter with an in-house or specialist agency background working in either Retail or Hospitality
- Understanding of the recruitment life cycle, inclusive hiring practices and the ability to identify and search for top talent
- Social media skills, with knowledge of how best to use a variety of platforms to attract talent in line with the company EVP.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence
- Passionate about doing a great job!
