In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Support the successful delivery of Global Point of Sale (GPOS) Controls by coordinating complex project activities, driving planning excellence, and ensuring strong governance and delivery discipline.
- Prepare governance reporting packs, track project status, risks, issues, and dependencies, capture meeting minutes, and monitor completion of actions.
- Develop and maintain integrated project and programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring accurate updates in Planisware and POAP formats.
- Proactively identify, track, and elevate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies through a centrally managed RAID log aligned across workstreams.
- Operate structured change control processes, maintaining change request logs and managing impacts to scope, timeline, and approvals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to workstream leads, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement through automation (e.g., Copilot) and lessons learned.
