In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Manage on-site execution for all allocated product categories, coordinating timely product launches and ensuring product information is displayed in the best possible way for customers.
- Define attribute requirements for Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across UK and international markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and customer-centric presentation.
- Lead Test & Learn initiatives and conduct customer journeys to optimise PDP performance, improving key digital KPIs such as conversion, bounce rate, exit rate and average time on task.
- Collaborate with SEO, merchandising and wider stakeholders to optimise PDP content for natural search, streamline left-hand navigation, and reduce manual website population.
- Perform final quality checks on product copy, titles, imagery and data, ensuring all content meets required standards ahead of launch.
- Review customer and market data to inform continuous PDP improvements, while responding to ad-hoc business requests and resolving attribution or customer enquiries to support operational excellence.
