What You’ll Do
- Act as the central point of contact between Supply Chain, Franchise teams, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
- Support franchise market entry by managing import compliance, HS classification, and regulatory requirements across different territories.
- Lead onboarding of new franchise partners and help establish scalable, efficient supply chain processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation, forecasting, and adherence to origin and compliance requirements for smooth product movement.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, digitise, and streamline supply chain processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to manage stock movements, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery to franchise markets.

What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role, with a degree-level qualification.
- Strong knowledge of global logistics, import regulations, and supply chain compliance (franchise experience is a plus).
- Ability to interpret complex legislation and translate requirements into practical business processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external partners.
