What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute the department trading strategy, including forecasting, planning, and delivery of commercial targets.
  • Align cross‑functional teams (Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations) to drive cohesive trading performance.
  • Optimise on‑site experience and merchandising to improve customer journeys and conversion rates.
  • Own and deliver the trading calendar, ensuring successful execution of key campaigns and peak moments.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimise stock levels, maximise sales opportunities, and achieve key KPIs.
  • Build stakeholder engagement and lead a high‑performing ecommerce team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in an Ecommerce or Fashion Merchandising role.
  • Relevant qualification in a business, commerce or fashion related subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with proven ability of leveraging data to drive commercial results.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and self‑prioritise workload where needed.
  • Detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying commercial opportunities and areas for process improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, guide and mentor while ensuring the team achieves its goals.
  • Demonstrated experience of being a collaborative team player.
