What You’ll Do as Change Partner – End to End Supply Chain Visibility Project

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Assist the Change Lead in designing, developing, and delivering resources and activities to launch, activate, and embed change across the business.
  • Support change management initiatives including impact assessments, workshops, training sessions, and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as user guides, FAQs, training videos, and ensure all change artefacts and risk logs are up to date.
  • Utilize diverse communication channels and innovative techniques to engage stakeholders effectively and manage resistance interventions.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, produce reports, and contribute to strategies for improving user adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure change strategies are understood and embedded, while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and facilitation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Proactive and independent working style, combined with strong interpersonal skills to gain buy-in and deliver high standards.

Desirable: Consulting or retail experience and familiarity with supply chain systems, particularly global execution and visibility tools.
