What You’ll Do as Change Lead – E2E Inbound Supply Chain Visibility Project (FTC for 24 Months)
- Lead the end‐to‐end change strategy by developing detailed plans aligned to Primark's 2030 Supply Chain Transformation, including stakeholder analysis, tailored engagement approaches, adoption metrics, and long‐term sustainability measures.
- Drive multi‐stream stakeholder alignment across suppliers, supply chain, finance, depots, freight managers, buyers, and third parties—acting as the key liaison to surface risks, remove resistance, and ensure clear communication of benefits, timelines, and impacts.
- Own communication and training readiness, partnering with L&D, P&C, and Comms to design and deliver targeted training, user guides, FAQs, and structured messaging to support smooth onboarding and system adoption.
- Support process redesign and integration, working with process owners to optimise workflows, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with new global supply chain execution and visibility platform capabilities.
- Manage resistance and embed change leadership, coaching managers to act as change champions, facilitating workshops and feedback loops, and addressing behavioural or operational barriers across the organisation.
- Ensure governance and cross‐functional alignment, embedding change partners with clearly defined roles, coordinating BAU transition responsibilities, and collaborating closely with transformation, technology, supply chain, and business operations teams to apply the Primark methodology and deliver consistent, high‐quality change execution.
