Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview.

You’ll be the creative ambassador for the visual merchandising of the store. You’ll deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager/Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through excellent product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
  • Review and adapt displays making sure they are commercially successful and relevant to the local customer.
  • Provide feedback regarding successful product lines and suggestions for refresh and alternative products.
  • Maintain all picture and poster POS in line with company guidelines and keep up to date throughout the store.
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the store management team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Some previous retail and ideally some visual merchandising experience.
  • An eye for detail, creative flair and an awareness of fashion trends and latest styles.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise.
  • Strong service focus with experience of delivering an excellent customer service.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
